How do you like to watch movies? Are you a theater goer, a streamer, or do you like physical media?

If I’m watching a movie, it’s definitely got to be an event, more than a specific format. For any given movie, my preference is generally seeing it in theaters! In New York, that can really mean rolling the dice… our local theater, the only one within easy walking distance of our apartment, has never been great, but post-COVID has really gone downhill. We’ve seen mice running around the theater every time we’ve been there since COVID.

Recently, I also found out that my favorite childhood theater will be closing… what a shame! I have lots of great memories going there with friends and family. Fun fact about me: I’ve saved every ticket stub (or at least most of them) for every movie I’ve seen since I was 16. Most of them aren’t even legible anymore.
