About Me

Hello world!
I’ve been writing code since I was 12 years old and I guess that about defines my personality.
Where do you work?
I am currently a software engineer at Microsoft in the 1ES organization.
Previously, I’ve worked at:
* GitHub on the Dependency Graph team
* AWS on the Commerce Platform team in New York City
* Shopbop (which is a subsidiary of Amazon) also in New York City
What are some interesting projects you’ve worked on?
During my time at GitHub, I learned a lot about the software supply chain and what enterprises want in terms of software security. I was the point engineer for delivering the Export SBOM feature on GitHub.com.
Almost all of my work for AWS was on internal applications. At Shopbop, I was on a team that rebuilt the product pages on the site, but they have since been rewritten again.
In 2015, I was an intern at Concrete Software and worked on a few of their games. Because I appeared in the credits, someone created a Moby Games page for me of which I am very proud.
I’ve also been very active since 2022 on the C4G BLIS project.
What is important to you as a software engineer?
Maintainability, delivery, open source, and mentorship.
